I'm so excited to announce that my husband and I are going to travel across Canada starting August 9th. We're leaving Toronto for a couple of months to explore our beautiful country. I've had the opportunity to travel to different countries, and go on so many great adventures but the one country I've never really explored is my own, Canada!
With Canada's 150th birthday we thought, why not stay here and leave for a while and visit each province! I'm so excited for all the places we'll get to explore! We'll be camping in all 10 provinces (I've had to brush up on my Canadian geography) hiking all the trails we can find, doing all the outdoor activities that we can. We love being outdoors so why not take the time to go on this adventure now? We've been asked a number of times if we'll be flying to each province, and the answer is, no, instead, we'll be driving! It'll be the greatest road trip!
On top of all the outdoor activities we'll be doing, I'll be 'Running across Canada'. I started training again for a full marathon but decided that will all our driving, I'm going to be very very tired all the time. So instead of worrying so much about training, I'm just going to run as much or as little as I feel like, and just explore each area we are in for the day. We have some spots, cities, and towns we're really looking forward to exploring but please send any and all your recommendations of places we must see, hike, eat, visit, drink coffee at, and places we should run.
