Barreworks Hairspiration part 2

Growing up did you make friendship bracelets and trade them with your BFF's?! I sure did, I loved making them. I remember trying to do some of those cool twists, braids, and knots in my hair or my friend's hair, it always ended up being a mess!

There was one that actually worked but to be honest it worked better when I tried on someone else's hair. Remember the bracelet where you would tie a knot, and change color every so often, it would make a cool looking twist. If you have no idea what I'm talking about I found a few on Pinterest that might help you remember

Today's hairspiration for your next Barreworks class is called The Paulina Pony. I did the same thing as doing a bracelet. This braid is best when your hair is wet, I don't doubt that some of you will be able to do this one at home, I tried it on myself but my hair was too short.

Make sure your hair is wet, tie your hair into a ponytail, as high or as low as you'd like, hold a big section in your hand a smaller strand in the other. Now start by tying your small strand of hair around the bigger section, keep doing that until you feel there isn't a lot of hair to tie, and grab another small strand and keep going until the end. This hairstyle will stay in for a very long time, it will definitely keep your hair out of your way. Why not give it a try for your next class at Barreworks

This week I hope to make it out to a spin class, I'll keep y'all posted on how it goes!

Last week, we started with the Callie Twist, if you missed it, not to worry, I've linked it here for you.

If you're looking to switch up your workout routine or looking to try a new fitness class I would highly recommend trying a class at Barreworks! They have two locations in Toronto, one is right downtown located at Queen & Bathurst, and the second is located at Yonge & Eglinton.

Have a great hair day and I hope to see you at one of their classes this season!
